SAYUR TERONG


Bahan :
4 buah terong ungu potong-potong
2 buah cabai merah iris serong
2 butir bawang putih iris halus
6 butir bawang merah iris halus
6 buah cabai rawit diiris halus
1 sdt garam kalo masih kurang ditambahin aja
¼ sdt vetsin
1 sdm gula merah
1 sdm kecap manis
500 ml air

Cara membuat :
-Tumis bawang merah, bawang putih, cabai merah, cabai rawit, sampai harum dan agak coklat lalu masukan terong dan semua bumbu aduk-aduk tambahkan air.
-Masak sampai mendidih dan matang.
