SEMUR TELUR


Bahan :
9 butir telur rebus kupas
3 buah cabai merah potong 2 cm
8 sdm kecap manis
1 butir tomat potong kotak
300 ml air kaldu ayam
1 cm jahe digeprek

Bumbu halus:
6 butir bawang merah
3 butir bawang putih
¼ sdt pala
¼ sdt merica
1 sdt garam
vetsin secukupnya

Cara membuat :
Tumis bumbu halus sampai harum tambahkan cabai merah, jahe, telur, air, kecap, masak sampai mendidih baru masukan tomat aduk-aduk lalu angkat, sajikan.
