PINDANG IKAN KUNING


Bahan:
8 ekor ikan bandeng ukuran kecil
200 ml air asam jawa
200 ml air
3 batang sraipr digeprek
2 cm lengkuas digeprek
2 lbr daun salam
2 cabai merah diiris serong

bumbu halus:
4 butir bawang merah
3 butir bawang putih
4 cm kunyit
1 cm jahe
1 sdm garam
½ sdt ketumbar
½ sdm gula merah
3 butir kemiri
½ sdt vetsin

Cara membuat:
-Tumis cabai merah dan bumbu halus sampai harum lalu masukan serai,lengkuas,daun salam,air asam jawa dan air, masak sampai mendidih.
-Setelah itu baru masukan ikan sambil disusun supaya rapi lalu lanjutkan memasaknya sampai kuah mengental .(masak ikan ini tidak usah diaduk-aduk)
