MANISAN KUKA


Bahan :
½ buah kulit semangka,dikupas buang kulit hjaunya,potong kotak kecil.
100 gr gula pasir
¼ sdt citrun
pasta pandan secukupnya
air kapur secukupnnya

Cara membuat :
Potongan kulit semangka direndam dalam air kapur semalaman,lalu cuci sampai bersih dan tiriskan.Masak gula,beri air 2 sdm,beri pasta pandan dan citrun,aduk lalu masukan potongan kulit semangka,aduk aduk terus supaya rata.dan aior mengental/habis angkat, dinginkan lalu sajikan.
