TUMIS PETAI CINA


Bahan :
200 gr petai cina
75 gr tauge
100 gr tempe potong kotak
½ butir tomat potong kotak
2 lbr daun salam
2 cm lengkuas digeprek
1 sachet masako rasa ayam
1 sdt garam
½ sdt gula pasir

Bumbu iris :
3 butir bawang merah
2 butir bawang putih
6 buah cabai rawit

Cara membuat :
Tumis bumbu iris sampai harum kemudian potongan tempe aduk-aduk tambahkan air kurang lebih 250ml lalu masukan sisa bumbu lainnya beserta petai cina dan tauge masak sampai mendidih dan matang.
