APEM SIRAM KINCA


Bahan :
80 gr gula pasir
250 gr tepung beras
1 sdt ragi instan
½ sdt backing powder
500 ml santan
½ sdt garam
200 gr kelapa parut

Bahan Kinca :
600 ml santan
100 gr gula merah
½ sdt garam
1 sachet fanili
1 lembar daun pandan

Cara Membuat :
Campur tepung beras, gula pasir, ragi instan, backing powder, santan dan garam, aduk rata lalu diamkan 30 menit.
Setelah itu msukan kelapa parut aduk rata.
Panaskan anti lengket ukuran kecil, tuangkan 1 sendeok sayur adonan, lalu goyang-goyangkan supaya bentuknya bulat, lalu tutup dan masak hingga mengembang dan matang, lalau angkat.

Cara membuat Kinca :
Rebus semua bahan menjadi satu, setelah mendidih angkat, lalu saring, sajikan dengan apem.
